![]() | Are Happy Relationships a Myth? Nigel and Jenny Heath | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
This session explores metaphors for relationships and how people can continue to grow within relationships. We will look at the ingredients people bring to a relationship - personal history, beliefs, expectations, values. And we’ll finish with some thoughts on how to stay connected and develop choices of response by being aware of how our behaviour is governed by our ‘state’. Wisdom comes from having many perspectives on a problem Excellence comes from having many choices of response
