Charlottas professional background is within the field of Human Resources and in this line of work she uses her coaching skills to develop and grow managers and staff, as well as the relationships between colleagues. She has been running her coaching practice since January 2007 and has a regular column in the weekly newspaper the Enfield Independent. She is an accredited Life Coach with a professional Life Coaching Practitioner qualification and is currently completing a Diploma in Corporate & Executive Coaching. She has a BSc (hons) in Psychology & Computing, an MA in Human Resources Management and she is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. |
