Imagine that you are enjoying immersing yourself in exploring new ways of applying NLP. With the accommodation only two minutes walk from the conference you can really get to know the other delegates.

Continually sharing experiences and having fun in that midsummer's warmth may mean you even begin to get a sense of excitement like in the early days of NLP where everything was open to question and incredible discoveries were just around the corner.

Bike:
The local topography and sea air make the area quite cyclist-friendly and both Talbot and Lansdowne campuses are easily accessible by bicycle.
There are a number of cycle routes around the conurbation which are designed to direct cyclists on roads where the traffic is less heavy. Bournemouth Borough Council has an online map illustrating general local cycle routes and there are also maps available as handouts showing these and the Bourne Valley Greenway.
Poole Borough Council also provides a host of information, including a map on their website.

Once you have arrived at the University, you can secure your bike at one of the many bike racks situated around the both campuses.
Please do not lock your bikes up to fences or railings. This can restrict walkways and access points, hampering movement in the event of an emergency and hindering people with mobility problems. Apart from looking untidy, your bike is safer secured in a appropriate location as there is increased surveillance of the bike rack areas.

Poole is home to a busy ferry port, providing transport to and from the Channel Islands and continental Europe. There is no direct rail or coach service from the port to the University, but taxis are plentiful, as are frequent local bus services.
